The Nordic Travel Retail Group’s Annual General Meeting will take place 21 March 2024 at Radisson Blu Airport Terminal Hotel Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Registrations are received until 7 March 2024. Register by e-mail to the secretariat here.

1. To elect a chairperson of the meeting
2. To receive a report
3. To receive and adopt accounts
4. To fix the membership fee and budget
5. To elect Board members and alternate Board members. Note that if you want to be a candidate for the Board, please announce your candidacy by contacting the secretariat by e-mail here before March 7. If a vote for the board is taking place, please note that each member company has one vote and clarify who is voting on behalf of your company before the AGM
6. To appoint auditors
