NTRG’s financial year follows the calendar year and membership fees are collected on a yearly basis, usually in the second quarter.

There are three levels of membership fees depended on members’ annual travel retail turnover in the Nordic and Baltic Region:

• Small companies: annual turnover less than EUR 1.4 million
• Medium-sized companies: annual turnover between EUR 1.4 –3.4 million
• Large companies: annual turnover more than EUR 3.4 million

Membership fee levels are decided at the Annual General Meeting. In 2024 the fees are:

• Small companies: EUR 1,089
• Medium-sized companies: EUR 2,750
• Large companies: EUR 4,290
