The Nordic Travel Retail Group’s Annual General Meeting will take place 19 March 2026 at Copenhagen Airport.

Speakers

Peter Krogsgaard, CCO, Commercial & Passenger Journey, Copenhagen Airports

Peter Krogsgaard has served as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Copenhagen Airports since 2014, with responsibility for all commercial activities. In addition, he is responsible for the passenger experience throughout the airport as well as for Communications & Press. Peter has a background spanning both consumer and business-to-business markets, gained through a number of senior management positions in various companies within the IT and telecommunications sector, including Telia and 3. Most recently, he served at Fujitsu as Managing Director for Denmark and Norway and as Head of the Product Division for the Nordic region. Alongside his role at Copenhagen Airports, Peter holds several board positions, including Chairman of the Board of Spejder Sport A/S and board member of Odense Letbane P/S. Peter holds an Executive MBA from AVT Business School, supplemented by executive education programmes at IMD Business School and London Business School.

Jesper Juel-Helwig

Deputy Director General at the Danish Health Data Authority  Jesper has extensive experience in public sector leadership, health data, and digital transformation. He works with national health data and IT solutions, focusing on building robust data infrastructure and supporting the implementation of Denmark’s healthcare reform. Jesper has a strong background in contingency planning and crisis management from senior roles across the public and private sector as SVP for Digital Business Development at ATP, Chief of Staff at Copenhagen and Zealand University Hospitals, Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, and CFO of Mid Zealand Police Department, as well as operational experience as a former army officer with international deployments to Lebanon and Kosovo.

Peter Mohn, m1nd-set

Travel retail analyst company m1nd-set co-founder Dr. Peter Mohn will be providing the latest insights from the long-term NTRG x m1nd-set analysis collaboration. Peter Mohn graduated as a psychologist and earned a PhD in Business Psychology at the University of Göttingen, Germany. He has worked for various leading global market research agencies over 30 years, and has specialized in travel research since 2004. The company he co-founded early 2007, m1nd-set, works as a consultant to more than 25 airlines, various plane manufacturers, 100 global brands as well as many leading shop operators in travel retail. m1nd-set is also the research partner of most travel retail associations.
