ETRC Forum in Brussels

ETRC Forum at the Brussels Airport Sheraton Hotel on the 23rd of January 2014.

The theme of the day is “Facing the Challenges Together: a changing Europe – exploring the issues”, and the workshop will focus on the issues of the industry’s day to day business as well as the future. ETRC encourages attendees to participate in the debate and discussion of the important issues. You can find the programme of the day here: ETRC Forum 2014-Programme

Attendance at the ETRC Forum is free for association members including the members of the Nordic Travel Retail Group.

The workshop is scheduled to begin 10.30 and end at 16.30 hrs. The day is arranged to suit arrival times from the major airports and train stations in Europe. If necessary, ETRC have negotiated a special room rate of €130.00 per night, excluding breakfast, at the hotel. The EU Commission has developed a road map leading to a stepped approach for replacing the restriction on the carriage of LAGs with technological screening. Mats Paulsson will give us insights and updates regarding the future regulations.

Henric Molin, owner of Spirit of Hven – and whisky tasting

He has grown up in a ‘restaurateur-family’ and he is educated in chemistry. He has a great interest in scents and tastes and he is the founder and owner of the distillery Spirit of Hven which today produces highly valued and awarded products. Henric Molin will talk to us about ‘Taste and scent with sustainability’.

From around 16:15 Henric Molin will share with us a taste of his distillates as part of an informal and exceptional ending of a fantastic program.

Getting to the Color Line Terminal

The most easy and fastest way to get from Gardermoen Airport to the Color Line terminal is:

Board the Airport Express Train to ‘Oslo S’. From the seaside of ‘Oslo S’ by taxi, it is about 10 minutes’ drive to the Color Line Terminal. You can find information about the terminal here.

 

Arrival and registration

When arriving at the Color Line Terminal you will get your boarding card (which is also your cabin key) at a check-in desk for the participants at NTRS 2013. A few floors up you will get the conference material and you will be guided towards the conference facilities on-board Color Magic.
